PROJECT DETAILS
GENDER-HehS project aims to strengthen gender perspective competencies among undergraduate healthcare students by integrating gender-sensitive knowledge and skills into higher education curricula. The strategic partnership will focus on creating a Gender Perspective Framework based on current best practices, through focus groups and e-Delphi studies, ensuring expert consensus and scientific rigor. The results will guide the co-creation and validation of learning materials through training activities. A dedicated tool will be designed to assess students’ gender perspective competencies, while a structured dissemination strategy will promote knowledge exchange and impact.
IMPACT
The developed knowledge and results of the project will be disseminated as an inclusive approach to exchange and support the gender perspective curricula developed around universities in EU countries, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare education.
